Hi, I’m Lisa StarAhna, and I’ve dedicated my life to healing, awakening, and supporting others on their personal and spiritual journeys. I’m based in Orem, Utah, where I’ve been practicing Reiki and holistic healing for over 38 years—guiding thousands of individuals to reconnect with their innate power, rediscover their joy, and live healthier, more fulfilling lives.

 

From a very young age, I felt deeply drawn to health, healing, intuition, and spiritual awareness. I embraced these natural gifts boldly, stepping into my healing abilities with passion and openness. In 1988, I opened my first wellness clinic, offering a vairety of healing modalities and helping my community experience new-age wellness long before it became mainstream.

My journey hasn’t been without profound personal challenges. The loss of my oldest son in 2001, left a painful ripple through the rest of our family in the form of grief, depression, and additcion. This led me into a deep and transformative healing path of my own. These experiences taught me firsthand about death, resilience, and the importance of reclaiming personal power. They have shaped how I support and teach others—especially those moving through loss, illness, emotional overwhelm, or disconnection.

Over the years, I have trained extensively in a wide variety of healing modalities. I am a Usui Holy Fire III Reiki Master Instructor, Practitioner, and Mentor Teacher Licensed through the International Center for Reiki Training, and I also hold national certifications in Holistic Iridology, Crystal Healing, and Reiki Drumming. I teach and mentor Reiki students both in-person and online through live interactive classes (not recordings).

My work blends heart-centered energy healing with practical guidance. I incorporate tools including:

I created The Healing Light Reiki Training Center in Orem, Utah to be a safe, nurturing space where students of all levels—from beginners to advanced practitioners—can learn, heal, grow, and even develop their own healing gifts. My mission is to ignite your personal power, deepen your self-awareness, and inspire you to heal your body, mind, and soul.

I also offer personalized healing sessions, both in person and remote healings, tailoring each experience to meet the unique needs of you as an individual. My goal is always the same: to help you restore balance, clear what no longer serves you, and step more fully into your life with confidence, peace, and purpose.
